What this site is

So, starting a blog isn’t as easy as one might think. To make it something more than pure narcissim is the only way to make it a success (which is ironically a narcissitic goal), but that means you have to make it about something.

For me that something is the web as seen by small time web developers and web designers. There just doesn’t seem to be any sites that offer real help to those of us who face the unique problems of small web development projects.

We are committed to excellence, but we often can’t afford anything more expensive than free. Even when there are a myriad of free options there are still a myriad of free options and it’s hard to know which is the best. Sometimes we just need a little advice, but finding it on google can be frustrating.

Enter this site. I want share some of the ideas and tools that I have discovered while working as small web developer over the past 5 years. Hopefully you will find some of it helpful.
